+# Azure Functions to NextJS Server Actions Migration
+
+## Overview
+
+Successfully migrated all 47 Azure Functions from `/api/` to NextJS server actions in `apps/web/services/`.
+
+- **Total Functions**: 47 original Azure Functions
+- **Already Migrated**: 4 user functions (getUserData, saveUserData, updateUserProfile, getUserProfile)
+- **New Migrations**: 43 functions
+- **Status**: ✅ Complete
+
+## Migration Patterns
+
+All migrated functions follow these established patterns:
+
+1. **'use server' directive** - Required at the top of each file
+2. **Authentication helpers**:
+   - `withAuth` - Standard authenticated users
+   - `withAdminAuth` - Admin-only functions
+   - `withCoachAuth` - Coach or admin access
+3. **Response format**: `{ failed: boolean, data }` or `{ failed: boolean, errors }`
+4. **Error handling**: `handleActionError(error, message)`
+5. **Success responses**: `createActionSuccess(data)`
+6. **Database access**: `getDatabaseClient()` from `@dreamspace/database`
+7. **JSDoc documentation** on all exported functions
+8. **One export per file**, filename matches function name
+9. **Barrel exports** (index.ts) for each service domain

+   - Archiving old weeks
+   - Creating new week goals
+
+2. **replaceTeamCoach** - Complex logic for:
+   - Coach replacement
+   - Team disbanding
+   - Team merging
+   - Member reassignment
+   - Old coach demotion/assignment

+3. **getMeetingAttendance, saveMeetingAttendance** - Need:
