- Removed old covers (2021, 2023) and ISBN PDFs from external/ - Removed 20 unused logo files from logos/ - Kept only 2025_Cover.pdf and 28 logos actually used in proceedings Files removed from external/: - 2021_Cover.pdf, 2023_Cover.pdf, 2023_Cover.pptx - isbn_9781732729902.pdf, isbn_9781732729933.pdf Files removed from logos/: - Old sponsor logos not used in ISMIR 2025 - Duplicate/alternate versions of logos - Unrelated conference/institution logos Remaining files are all actively used in 2025 proceedings compilation.
- Removed 3 example paper PDFs (not needed in template) - Added README.md explaining articles/ folder purpose and structure - Folder is now empty, ready for users to add their own papers
