Add oldconfig to easily check for deltas in available config options. Unignore txt files and update os-release info.

I would make sure that FeOS on real hardware (especially mellanox VFs) still works with the kernel version in question, as we dont have real hardware CI/CD for FeOS yet and manual testing needed before such changes. |
