TheRock PR #3361 renames hipDNN plugin artifacts from `<library>-plugin` to `<library>provider`. Update ThePebble to reference the renamed test script and point therock_git_ref to the PR branch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
