This PR adds a prominent archival notice to the README, informing users that the project is no longer actively maintained and directing them to the new unified repository (MeshCore Hub).
- Adds a CAUTION callout box at the top of the README with archival information
- Removes the Docker Build and Push badge (no longer relevant for archived project)
- Includes a link to the new repository for future development
