This pull request adds a new script,
scripts/submit_to_challenge.sh, to automate the process of building, validating, and publishing a team's Docker image for challenge submission. The script streamlines local evaluation, ECR authentication, image tagging, and pushing, while providing user prompts and validation summaries.New submission workflow script:
