Does someone have a specific need for this? I'd rather not generate artifacts unless someone's actually using them, and the last time we tried this it was a huge pain to keep it maintained and working.

...and in addition, this seems like a stub at best. I mean, this is clearly not going to produce anyhting meaningful:
