- Add release.yml workflow that auto-creates GitHub releases on tag push - Uses official git-cliff-action for changelog generation - Triggers on both versioned tags (0.1.0) and v-prefixed tags (v1.0.0) - Add workflow to Renovate ignore list (centrally managed) - Update CODING_STANDARD.md with GitHub Pages, repository files, and release automation documentation - Update TERRAFORM_MODULE_REQUIREMENTS.md with contact badge
