Promotes terraformer compliance logging from development to sandbox and global modules (production). Adds terraform command auditing and CloudWatch agent integration. New profiles: - profile::terraformer::auditd - tracks terraform command execution - profile::terraformer::cloudwatch_agent - centralized logging/metrics Tested in sandbox with facts confirmed working.
