With this Git repository, the simulations, benchmark experiments, and the NHANES application (including all figures) from the publication "Beyond Point Prediction: Artificial Representative Trees with Uncertainty" can be fully reproduced.

Please note that the analyses in the paper were performed using a high-throughput computing cluster.
The system used consists of 11 nodes with 96 GB to 768 GB of memory and 12 to 64 CPUs per node.

This repository implements the same computations on a local machine, which may result in significantly longer runtimes.

Detailed instructions for the simulations, benchmark experiments, and the NHANES application are provided in the respective subfolders of this repository.
Each folder contains a dedicated README with step-by-step guidance.
The figures 1 and 7-10 are build based on the nhanes data, the figures 2 and 3 based on the simulations, and the figures 4-6 based on the benchmark experiments.

If you would like to use the original data from the paper, please download it from https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19467860 and place it in the corresponding data folder.
