Google passportjs scope fix

Update google passport scope to new one and remove single quotation from environment setting because it can lead to confusion of adding '' and authentication won't work.

Seems like https://www.google.com/m8/feeds requires to fetch all the users' contacts (which at least personally I do not like to share when simply authenticating), so I'd suggest remove that from the array.
