Update plugin descriptions and keywords for consistency#13

Adopt a single canonical description and keyword set across .claude-plugin/plugin.json, .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, and .codex-plugin/plugin.json. The codex manifest had a shorter description omitting LSP and agents, and its keyword list ended with `idf` instead of `lsp`. Also adds the trailing period to the claude plugin.json description to match marketplace.json. Closes #7 https://claude.ai/code/session_01MC82EEqNUzMVwvPzJMoJ66
