Code stopped working when running it for FU34, giving error “Error in validObject(res) : invalid class “FLStock” object: All elements must share quant names: Error in FLStock landings.n”. Code changes are in lines 294:321 (not sure why other lines have been marked).
Might be related with validity function within the code for creating a FLStock, within "classesComp.R" in FLCore package, but not sure about this.
