Add a script that is supposed to check
Samplesin ICAT and assist with an upgrade toicat.server7.0. This version will change the relationship fromSampletoInvestigationto be many-to-many and as a result require thepidattribute to be populated with unique non-null values, see icatproject/icat.server#294. The present script shall help to prepare the upgrade accordingly.
