The CP4D services post sync job is failing due to syntax error with conditional statement for version below 5.2.0
Also, sometimes, there is another version of elastic search installed in another namespace which extends to other namespaces so the operator is not found in the namespace we are searching. Changed it to look at the CR instead of the deployment/operator
Changes tested in noble7 installing Cp4d 5.1.3 with watson machine learning service.
