Allow whats_new items to be either plain strings or dicts with title/details. Previously the code assumed dict items only; now string items are rendered as single bullets ("- item") while dict items continue to render a title bullet and indented detail bullets. This preserves backward compatibility with the older simple format and keeps the structured format intact (mkdocs_plugins/mkdocs_mas_catalogs/__init__.py).
This reverts commit 30bb494.
