I think it is similar to Authors' field so it can looks similar to Figma design:

Author fieldtype should be fixed as well:
- URL
- Relation, Relation list
Taxonomy fields are similar, so validation should be displayed similar:
- Image, Image asset, Media
- Form
- Map location
- Matrix - similar to relation field I suppose:
- Int - missing red label:
- Selection - missing everything:
