FR VAT IDs have exactly 11 digits

Thank you @fero8, but afaik French VAT numbers may contain an alphabetic character at position 1, 2 or both. The length is however always 11. This is confirmed on at least the following sources:
Do you have a source for your change? Maybe this is a historical thing? |
