An [upcoming low concern rna database update](ibbis-bio/commec-databases#12) also corrects the use of the term benign at the filename level. This fix simply ensures that the correct filenames are being pointed to as defaults in the default configuration yaml. --------- Co-authored-by: Michael Barnett <ToMichaelBarnett@gmail.com>

Updates the low concern RNA database with additional families from Rfam.
Note: This update will change the outdated benign.cm file name to low_concern.cm and will need to associated with a minor commec patch to alter the default paths in the input .yaml.
