Fix SyntaxError in bot.py

[google-labs-jules]

The user reported a syntax error at the end of bot.py (ng...")). This change ensures the file ends correctly with print("Bot is running...") and application.run_polling(). A comment was added to force the file update and overwrite any local corruption.
