This commit introduces a new 'jules-done' label to be applied to issues when Jules has successfully completed a task and opened a pull request. Changes include: - A new 'jules-done' label with color #e539a6 is now created during repository onboarding. - The comment analysis logic in `jules.ts` has been updated to detect comments indicating a PR has been created (e.g., "Ready for a review!"). - When a completion comment is detected, the `jules` or `jules-queue` label is swapped for `jules-done`. - The completed task is removed from the database to prevent further processing. - A rocket emoji is added to the completion comment as a visual confirmation.
