Rewrite README to follow the poly-ssg satellite standard format:

  • Focus on SciLab as the core SSG language
  • Add "For Who" audience section with use cases
  • Add "Why SciLab" section highlighting technical differentiators
  • Include architecture diagram showing Parser → Executor → Renderer pipeline
  • Document MCP tool integration (labnote_init/build/serve/clean)
  • Add poly-ssg ecosystem links

Matches the format established by hyperpolymath/eclipse-ssg.
