- Replace 15 TODO placeholders in justfile with working commands for a Scheme specification repository (not application code)
- Update project metadata from template to anchor.scm
- Add Scheme syntax validation for test/lint commands
- Add format checking for trailing whitespace and tabs
- Add SPDX license header validation in lint
- Update quality.yml to scan .scm and .adoc files (remove .py per policy)
- Update todos recipe to include Scheme and AsciiDoc files
