Some enhancements

This PR includes some enhancements

• Add the mode configuration option to allow operating in whitelist or blacklist mode.
• Rewrite Version string builder to support gaps.
• More efficient lookup when player joins.
• Deserialize disconnect miniMessage and version string when loading configuration insteed o doing it every time a player joins.
• Include plugin manifest json file.
