style: collapse short union types to single line#144

Collapse one-member-per-line union type declarations onto a single line where they fit the print width, across app, components, lib, and packages/core. Pure formatting, no behavioral change. Also bump resend from 6.17.0 to 6.17.1 and add an npm allowScripts allowlist for dependencies with install scripts: parcel watcher, swc core, fsevents, sharp, and unrs-resolver.
