Upgrade actions/checkout from v6 to v7 across all workflows. Bump actions/setup-go to v6.5.0, actions/upload-artifact to v7, docker/login-action to v4.4.0, and docker/build-push-action to v7.3.0. Minor YAML formatting fixes: normalise branch/tag list syntax and reformat long run/name fields to multi-line block scalars.
