The ## Tests section is now empty after removing the link, but the later instructions still ask applicants to include “test results”. This leaves unclear how applicants should access/submit the test. Either restore a valid test link, replace it with updated instructions (e.g., how to obtain the test), or remove the ## Tests section and any references to test results for this proposal.
