Currently, have long url (e.g. https://atlas.hsma.co.uk/packages_projects_tools/packages_projects_tools.html, https://atlas.hsma.co.uk/packages_projects_tools/vidigi/vidigi.html). By using index.qmd, the page uses the folder name - great, as we were already just naming the file the same as that folder name. Now, URL will be https://atlas.hsma.co.uk/packages_projects_tools.html and https://atlas.hsma.co.uk/packages_projects_tools/vidigi.html - more straightforward!). Relatedly, moved graph_catalogue out of entries/ to be consistent with techniques and packages/projects/tools structure, which are just in sub-folders there rather than within another entries/ folder.
