Update

Remove docker-image-build because is deprecated for CERN GitLab
Replace it with kaniko

Hi! Thanks a lot! I'm just wondering that based on our discussions yesterday, this might be better in the gitlab training (we were talking a lot about refactoring the material for a better and more linear structure)
