Nerd-sniped myself with #318

Basics for handling mice-related events on MacOS, as long as they are not hi-res. Tested with CharaChorder 2.

Hi, thanks for the PR!
I finally found the time to try it out myself. I was hoping that merging this would allow to enable the mouse support on MacOS (which is disabled in this line).
Unfortunately doing so and adding a mapping like ButtonRight >> X make the mouse unusable. Are you still using it successfully?

I am daily-driving it, yes, but my use-case was only forwarding the mouse events, I never actually mapped them. I'll try it out later this week

Thanks, that would be great! To be honest, I did not implement the mouse input forwarding myself, since I did not understand the Karabiner API.
