Version 0.7.9HD beta1

This prerelease adds an 4th order HD antialias filter to the normal NAM plugin to prevent alias when downsampling from 192kHz or 96kHz models to lower sampling rates.

Either compile as instructed in the README

I have also attached Mac OS binaries here: download the release which contains the AU and VST versions. AU can be unzipped and placed to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components and VST can be unzipped and placed to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST. At least Reaper7 finds them automatically.
