How do we use the included fonts?
change the presentationBound values before passing them to WhiteboardContainer Not sure if it changes something..
& expand does not work in normal css... So revert the changes done today

The detached window does not resize properly when the window height becomes larger relative to the width. A bug started recently (from 2.6.4-?)
To show the text icon in correct fonts, we need to select text tool before detaching presentation
need import TDShapeType
