Added support for conditional merging of master into the checked-out branch during CI builds.

Introduced two new environment variables:

• ANALYTICS_GEN_EXPERIMENTAL_MERGE
• CHANGE_TARGET

When ANALYTICS_GEN_EXPERIMENTAL_MERGE is set to "true" and CHANGE_TARGET is set to "develop", the pipeline will automatically fetch and merge the latest master branch into the current working branch after clone.

This allows experimental testing of how recent changes in master interact with feature or tag branches, without altering the default behavior for other targets.
