What this PR does / why we need it (English/Chinese):
This PR decouples the proxy extension from a concrete client implementation by
accepting the hertz doer interface instead. This allows the same logic to be reused
by other extension libraries without introducing hard dependencies.
Additionally, JoinURLPath is updated to detect absolute URLs using "://"
instead of only checking for "http", making the path handling more robust for
different schemes (e.g. sd://).
