feat(api)!: replace HasVec with generic HasItems trait bump up version to 0.2.0
This commit prepares the `libft-api` and `libft-api-derive` crates for publishing on crates.io. - Adds necessary metadata such as description, license, repository, keywords, and categories to the `Cargo.toml` files. - Includes a `LICENSE` file within each crate's directory. - Updates the copyright information in the license files.
