Add Husky precommit and CI formatting checks.
Now on every commit, it will run prettier automatically to fix any issues. And there is a new github action check called
prettierthat will double check if any issues slipped through, for example if user has chosen to bypass husky checks.There are two files that needed to be formatted, so they were included in the PR.
