Adds Playwright coverage for two untested areas.
The search tests cover the full in panel flow, including the AJAX round trip, URL updating with q1, and clearing results.
The restricted view tests pin down what an anonymous user should and shouldn't see on
ic_currently_heldandic_not_held, including the no access warning, the search form still being available, and the reader toolbar being absent.
