I come in when a business has a process that works on paper but breaks at scale, too many manual steps, too much time between lead and close, too much depending on one person checking their inbox.

I map the process, identify where AI and automation create real leverage, and build it. Where simple linear automation is enough, I use it. Where the problem needs AI that reasons across steps and makes decisions, I build multi-agent systems. I monitor production systems with observability tooling so failures get caught before clients notice them.
