A collection of python scripts that may be useful in diagnosing MITgcm output
- Data : includes data that is necessary to run the script
- wvelest : estimating vertical velocity using u and v. There is a script to compute the tendency of the free surface.
- Nsquared : estimating Brunt-Vaisala frequency using T and S (or density).
