Added the missing boost-iterator to the list of required packages.

may it save future script programmers hours of debugging
This allow exporter script (that don't always have control over the size of input images) to do more image operations on input images
Allow export scripts to write files to new subdirectories
When the zoom is not at 1, content_width and content_height end up being pre-multiplied, which can mess up some scripts (for example, the card type line in the Cajun templates)

I'm curious to see what this does. It's going to need some follow up changes and since I don't have commit rights back to their fork I don't know where it's going to want me to try and make those...
