The stars count chip on the repository dashboard looks clickable but doesn't actually navigate anywhere. This wraps it in an anchor tag linking to the GitHub stargazers page, matching the pattern already used by the issues chip right next to it.

Pull request overview

This PR makes the repository “stars” indicator in the HACS repository dashboard clickable by linking it directly to the GitHub stargazers page for the repository.

Changes:

  • Wrap the stars assist-chip in an external GitHub link to /stargazers.
  • Align the stars chip behavior with other linked chips in the same chip set (e.g., authors, issues).
