Updates the OS/Supervised download instructions to reflect installing the Get HACS app via a third-party app repository, aligning the documentation with the current Home Assistant “Apps” flow.

Because of home-assistant/frontend#29455, users are getting stuck, this changes the instructions to the more manual approach.
