Adds a notebook guiding users through the different features of the Drive Python client.
This is an updated version of https://github.com/h2oai/exchange_store/blob/main/examples/notebooks/using-python-client-for-users.ipynb, and slightly modified so that it runs on H2O Managed Cloud without unneeded setup.
Also ported over to the main branch: #25
