feat: surface runtime replay duration scope

Summary

• add a Runtime replay duration scope row to the Lab Runtime Intelligence Risk Summary when EdgeEnv/Orchestrator context preserves duration metadata
• keep duration label/class/frame count as reviewer navigation context, not a deployment policy override
• document and test Markdown/HTML report rendering
