Lock runtime seed run config markers

Summary

• assert Runtime history_seed.run_config preserves input_preprocess and jetson_clocks markers in default and agent smoke paths
• extend the agent runtime result contract test to lock the same seed snapshot markers
• document that the compact seed run_config snapshot carries input/preprocess and Jetson clocks replay context for EdgeEnv
