Added a script for the SSD1351 OLED driver chip, along with an example script in samples/.
Original credit for the code goes to @boxysean, I just brought it up to date with the base branch code and made minor fixes to be compatible with Python3 and Raspberry Pi2/3. Submitting this PR with his consent
