remove web script, fix errata
An alert reader noted that we managed to use "ebook" and "eBook" twice each in the opening header paragraph. Let's make them all camel case, like in the small print license. I do want to update in the foreseeable future to just say, "book." That's a bigger site update, though, and not needed to address the more immediate issue of inconsistency in the opening paragraph of the header.

Reduction the use of the ™ mark. It is retained in certain locations, per guidance. Also a space was missing in the styles assignment.
