I messed up, with the commits in the Forked Main branch, Creating a new pull Request from the cherry-picked branch. All the changes are accounted for which were suggested

Regarding this, I know that GitHub has an index, but when we look at the code/main page of GitHub, the index is hidden, and some users would not know. (Check the below Image)
