Thank you, @haoyu-zc. I would also add @cgreene as a reviewer. I agree with the changes here. The CCC-GPU repo needs an update to the citation (Bioinformatics article), and I'd also add a badge (next to the readthedocs one) to the Manubot manuscript (and update the Manubot manuscript to add a DOI at the top pointing to the accepted paper). |
