Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@googleapis/docs](https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-nodejs-client) and [googleapis](https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-nodejs-client). These dependencies need to be updated together.
